Good location in town, short walk from everything. Plenty of blankets for cold nights. Great breakfast and shared kitchen facilities. Also has a hostel cat

Great place to stay before and after hikes in Torres del Paine. The hostel has a really great and well equipped kitchen, as well as a good breakfast and free food shelf. And we loved the sweet cat.

One of the best hostels i ever stayed in! Amazing hosts, very clean and comfy, well equiped kitchen, good breakfast, very social atmosphere. The perfect place in Puerto Natales! I will come back!

“Amazing stay at El Patagónico - couldn’t have asked for or expected more”

Monica and Andres (owners) and Jessie are amazing hosts, we absolutely loved our stay, to us it felt like staying with family, felt like home, which is the best compliment you can give. They can’t do enough for you, reception is open until midnight, they give solid weather forecasts and advice, hire out equipment, store your bags for you while you’re hiking and put them into your room the day of your return. Beds are warm and comfy, showers hot, heaps of lounge space, wifi is strong and steady and breakfast plentiful - oh and there is Peluda the kitty roaming around and sitting on laps. What more could you ask for. Location to town is also great.

All the staff is absolutely fantastic. Very kind, helpful and caring people. Great rooms, common spaces for taking a break, delicious included breakfast and nice hot showers.

First of all, the hostel staff were very accommodating about us storing our luggage before the O trek for a much lower price than the hostel we were at first, and had our bags waiting for us when we returned. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the hostel was warm and homey and exactly what we were looking for. Two staff at the hostel went absolutely above and beyond for us the morning we were supposed to leave when I woke up with Norovirus. They let us stay in the room until 1pm, made sure we had everything we needed, and at 1pm moved us into a staff quarters room with bunk beds so I could continue to sleep before our 9pm bus (at no charge!). When we left, they both stood at the door and reached out to hug me goodbye (even though I was sick!). I was nearly in tears over their kindness and generosity. Their genuine concern for my well-being was so touching. I definitely won't forget how much this meant to me. We couldn't recommend this hostel more!!

This is easily the best hostel we have stayed at on our trip. Could not be more helpful, owners and staff could not do more for you. Wonderful system to pay forward food and items you don’t need before and after Torres del Paine. Wonderful location. I would recommend this hostel to everyone!

Breakfast at this hostel was unfortunately a disaster. There was almost no selection and the quality was very poor.

Loved having a single bed in the dorm, there were additional bathrooms when the en suite was full and the kitchen was really well equipped. Super early breakfast was a big plus and everything was kept clean. Friendly staff to help book tours etc.

Staff is friendly, give good advice, and are very flexible. The hostel is well located in Puerto Natales.

Lovely hostel with great common area and really kind helpful staff. The kitchen was well equipped, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff took the time to chat and helped organise transport to the airport.

We stayed at El Patagónico three times while traveling around the area and were always well accomodated, even when we had to leave nearly all of our luggage for a kayak trip. The staff was great, the location good, and the room was even ready early. The natural lighting, garden (flowers!!), and shared areas made for a great atmosphere.

Would highly recommend this place in Puerto Natales. Everything was wonderful and the staff are fantastic.

Fantastic staff, lovely atmosphere, really helpful with baggage storage and assistance with gear for W Trek. We stayed here night before and night after W Trek, highly recommend staying here.
