“Perfect studio in a great location with lovely hosts”

This was perfect for what we needed, nicely equipped kitchen to cook some tasty meals, lovely balcony terrace to sit on and dry things, bed was comfy, air con kept it cool and the shower had great pressure for hot or cold showers. Hosts were absolutely lovely and we really appreciate them letting us stay a bit later before flying out. So so close to the beach and places to eat.

Localisation was perfect and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, right by the beach and amongst all cafes/bars/restaurants. We received a warm welcome from Eric who was really helpful and put a complimentary bottle of water in our fridge for our arrival. There were also two beach chairs for our use which was very handy!

Beautiful room with a comfortable bed and great facilities in great location.

We loved our stay here. It's a super cute suite about a 2 minute walk from the beach and a short walk to the heart of portside. It feels like more of a residential area which we really liked. There is a large balcony with a small ocean view and beautiful palm trees and lots of light in the room. The kitchenette allowed us to make some of our own food and coffee in the morning. Host Eric is lovely. Highly recommend this place!!

I really enjoyed my short stay there. The studio was cute with its little kitchenette and own terrace and it had more than I needed. You have to ring the bell (string at the gate) to let them know you are there. Very short walk to the beach, so convenient.

“Great Value!!”

The location is fantastic, very close to the beach and all restaurants. Has a fridge, kitchenette, comfortable bed, extra blanket, AC, pretty much everything you need and Eric the owner is very attentive, speaks English and very easy to get a hold of! A very great value for the money

“Location (100 m to the beach), location (best part of the beach), location (near good restaurants)”

The place is very clean and a one-minute walk to the best part of the public beach, When you arrive at the beach, at the right, you have many boats and beach clubs (but the beach per se is not the best for swimming). At the left, you have the best parts of the beach where you can decide to be surrounded by people (including at a couple of beach clubs) or, if you walk a bit, you can have a piece of paradise (and the beach...) to yourself. Puerto Morales feels like Playa del Carmen 20 years ago. In the evening, you even see women walking alone, as the city feels calm and secure. The wifi was perfect.

Nice comfortable and super clean room, very close to the beach and town square , shops and restaurants. Studio type kitchenette great to make breakfast although having a toaster would have been helpful but still managed quite well. 3 windows and vaulted ceiling made the space seem large and breathable. Nice decor.

The studio was an excellent choice to commence our stay in Mexico. Our host Eric is a very amiable and knowledgable person who was easy to contact when our taxi driver from the airport couldn’t find it

Great place, more or less directly at the beach, run by a friendly french guy. We were allowed a late check-out, so we could have a shower at 15 o'clock, before leaving for our flight. Highly recommended, 2 thumbs up !
