“Worst holiday so far”
The staff is professional and welcoming. Easy to contact and happy to help. However, the pool staff is corrupted by the customers and they won't do anything to prevent the selfish people to leave their towels on the chairs all day. They receive tips to keep their eyes shut.

The staff and service are excellent. Everybody is joyful; ongoing activities and cheerful vibes keep you engaged all day. Many activities and shows will keep the kids busy all day with great staff that can take care of your kids while adults can enjoy their time. The room is clean and beautiful. Food options are great and restaurants are amazing.

“Relaxing all inclusive family resort”
-really quick check in (it was not crowded when we arrived), polite and friendly staff at the reception - big clean room, cleaned every day, comfortable beds, complementary coffee with Nespresso coffee machine, tea, water, candies,.. - beach/pool towels provided - playing area for kids close to the reception - small movie theatre with at least 3 shows a day (16:00,18:00 and 20:00) - zip line - playing room for babies and older children with different activities every day open till 21:00(the first time you need to bring your children’s passport if you want to leave them in the playing room) - the food for dinner in the steak house, Italian and Mexican restaurant was good (couldn’t make a reservation, had to wait for not more then 20/30 minutes to get a table) - good choice of food for breakfast and at the beach bar - enough parking lots - good wi fi signal - more then enough TV channels
