Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding our current stay at the Nickelodeon Hotel in Mexico. We arrived at the hotel on April 15 and paid a significant additional amount during our stay, including upgrades and extra services, to enhance our experience. Unfortunately, our experience has been far below expectations. First, the cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory. The bed sheets are often damp, and the housekeeping service is inconsistent and does not meet proper standards. Second, the attitude of some staff members is uncomfortable. It often feels that unless a tip is given, the level of service decreases noticeably. We also had a very unpleasant experience regarding babysitting services. We wanted to briefly leave the hotel to purchase a suitcase while the children were already prepared for bed. Only our 11-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son were still awake watching TV. We were informed that we must hire two babysitters at an excessive cost of $150 per hour, which is unreasonable. We were not even allowed to leave the hotel under these conditions. Additionally, our departure flight is on April 23 at 20:00. We requested a late check-out and were asked to pay $100 per hour. As we had no choice, we agreed to pay until 16:30. However, when we requested housekeeping service on the day of departure, we were refused on the basis that we were leaving. This is completely unacceptable, especially after paying for extended use of the room. We traveled a long distance to enjoy this vacation, and we have stayed here before with a much better experience. This time, however, we are very disappointed. We kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation or resolution be offered. Our grandkids loved it. Kept them busy all day and night. Splash pool attached to balcony was great. Restaurants were kid and adult friendly. But most of all, the staff was wonderful.

We had a great time at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts — it's truly a kid's dream come true! The character experiences, water park, and themed activities were nonstop fun, and the staff went out of their way to keep things playful and engaging. Our room was clean, colorful, and well-suited for a family stay. The resort is clearly built with children in mind, and they do a fantastic job of making everything feel magical.

Good food

Horrible lines everywhere, for example on the last day at dinner after 40 minutes of waiting, had to go to the beach with a plates and eat on the sand because there were no free tables. The hotel building,water park buildings and reception are located very far from each other and you have to move between them by bus in a crowd of sweaty tourists and screaming children, waiting for the bus for 20 minutes in the heat and you might not even fit. Horrible experience

We recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the waterpark, which was a big hit with our kids. It was well-maintained, with a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. The food was just okay, not particularly memorable, but decent enough to get by.

My 4 years old likes the Waterpark so our family visited the resort 2 times. The food is good but kids beverage options are all artificial juice / concentrate / artificial flavors and colors.

I enjoyed all of the restaurants. The food of delicious and the liquors weren’t so watered down like other resorts I’ve been at in the past.

The food is good, avobe average for an all-inclusive but still a buffet. Location is impressive, all restaurants are a full of detail location.
