The pools and common areas are great, there’s no queuing or waiting for anything. The food is very good, there are plenty of options at all times. There’s a nice shopping court / town centre which together with facilities like the gym and ample streets give you the feeling you are not trapped in a hotel but in a small seaside town.

Location was good, not too far from the airport. Property was large, spacious. The beach was very nice and the water was amazing. All of the pools, that were open, were amazing. .

Do not book! Horrible experience & first time in 10+ years that I am writing a negative hotel review. - Was charged the wrong amount on my card. Spent hours in countless phone calls and emails. Staff wasn't helpful and not responsive. Just claimed it was my problem and not their fault. - Breakfast was supposed to be open until 11 AM. We arrived several minutes before 11, but were not allowed to enter the restaurant. Politely asked if we could just grad a quick snack and leave, but were still refused entry, even though we were there in time. Happened to several people in the resort. - After complaining, one of the staff members said that "next time we should drink less the night before and just get out of bed earlier, then we won't have this problem again". - In the a la carte restaurant, it sometimes took 20+ minutes until a waiter took our order, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Several waiters appeared within those 20 minutes but mentioned they cannot take orders and we have to wait for a colleague. - The Iberostar app (which allows you to order food for room service etc.) almost never worked. Right after check in I could not login (and therefore not use it), once I could finally login, I received several error messages. - Rooms are run-down (USB charger didn't work, Iron didn't work, Bedsheets weren't clean) - Nobody seemed to care about the issues mentioned above. Took me several complaints until someone actually listened to my concerns. As a "compensation", they gave me a business card at checkout with an email of someone that I should reach out to when I come back to the hotel one day. Needless to say I won't return. Friends of mine had the same experience. For the price you pay, definitely not worth the money.
