“Awful food...Impossible to get a sun lounger...No worth the money and not 5 star...Never going back”
The room was perfectly fine. I like hard beds so no issue there. However, the bathroom doors for the toilet and shower kept sliding open. There was also damage to the door that exposed a hole in the glass with sharp edges...not ideal for children.

“Fantastic food”
Only issue we had was never any sun loungers it is obvious not enough for number of people it was ridiculous to go down at 7am and all beds “taken” have never seen this in Mexico until this year it was like going back to holidays in Spain in the eighties! Nit really acceptable for a hotel of this class.

“A nice resort marred by dishonesty and up charging at each turn.”
Majority of the staff were kind and helpful. Food at the restaurants was good. The pool areas were great. Bed was comfortable and room was decent. Wedding venue/events were nice. Gym was adequate to burn off the extra calories.

“First Christmas trip out of the US”
All the restaurants on this property were really awesome. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family. We enjoyed Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and French.

“Dreams Natura was wonderful.”
Responses provided by 8 year old grandson.....I liked the buffet being open for every meal. It was a perfect distance from the airport. I enjoyed that everything was included.
