“Very warm and welcoming host”
Gladys was very welcoming and happy to give us advice on things to do in Puerto Montt. We only had a night there before flying out early in the morning but she was very accommodating and we had a lovely chat over tea Thanks Gladys.

“Lovely peaceful and enjoyable stay with great views.”
Very friendly and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. Gladys is a great help and advised me on some lovely places to eat out. She also provided maps of the town and maps and information on the surrounding area. Highly recommend this location for a lovely stay.

Gladys was so welcoming and friendly. She looked after us and made sure we were ok. She gave us recommendations for dinner and made us feel at home. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend her house.

I felt happy because Gladys spoke very good English. The location is very near to the bus terminal and central downtown. The room was very clean and comfortable. I recommend Glady's House when you visit Puerto Montt, south of Chile. I stayed for three days.

“Lovely host”
Ms. Gladys treats her guests with the utmost respect and love, she always makes sure you’re well and safe. She invited us to a glass of great Chilean wine and gave us helpful information about where to go in Puerto Montt. The rooms are comfortable with good equipment. Returning to her her house everyday almost feels like coming home! Gladys’ hostel is always worth a stay!
