Good location to access everything and there was fresh water daily available to refill bottles. The room had Netflix, Disney and other options to relax too after a long time travelling :)

Location was great, walkable to shops and the centre. They allowed early check in which was much appreciated. Room was large with a fan and A/C. Shower was hot and powerful. Place was clean. Just stayed one night before going on a jungle tour.

Great air conditioning and shower. Staff arranged an excellent driver to bring us to the airport in the morning. Our room was quiet. The hotel is the perfect distance from the main square: a short walk but away from the noise. Hot shower. Each side of the bed when had power outlets and at least a chair or table for your phone and water (rare worldwide for some reason). They even had free water.

The staff were helpful and there was a nice sitting area to relax.

The personnel were very helpful, arranged for taxi transfers from the airport, provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and visits and helped me book various venues. They made my trip so much more easy and enjoyable! Thank you so much!!!

“Unbeatable value for money”

2 minutes walk from the main plaza and all the tour offices. 5 mins walk from the Cacao Center. Absolutely clean rooms and bathrooms (rare in budget hotels in Peru!). The a/c is really welcome in Puerto as the humidity is debilitating. Friendly staff, several of whom speak English. Focus on sustainability. Huge TVs in the rooms with what looks like a cable box connected, though I didn't try mine. Strong, hot showers and good drainage. Comfortable beds and pillows. I stayed in 3 different rooms on different stays, and it seems they are adding more little amenities, like de-humidifier machine, towel racks in the bathroom, etc room by room. The lower floor rooms have them, but the top floor doesn't yet. I would still choose this hotel over any other in Puerto.

The hospitality of the staffs and the location of the hotel is excellent.

A great location just a few minutes walk from the main square. The receptist was very helpful and organised some laundry and an airport taxi for us. A comfortable place to refresh after a few days in the jungle.

“Decent Stay in a friendly Hotel Near Plaza de Armas”

Staff was friendly and always helpful. There was coffee and water available most of the time. The room had a good size and had useful furniture. TV cable was good. Walking to the Plaza de Armas was about 10 minutes. A few restaurants and one small bake shop was nearby.

Staff is so friendly and amazing. Rooms are clean, air conditioners smart t.v . For the price it exceeded my expectations! Quiet at night. Can see staff during the day busy repairing and cleaning and taking care of the place. The showers were also very nice hot hot water. Thank you for the great stay.
