“Amazing staff and facilities”
The staff were amazing and took great care of us on our honeymoon. The spa is very relaxing - I wish I'd had more time to have a massage! The hotel's beachfront location gives you good opportunities to watch the sunset/sunrise. Breakfast was good and lots of variety of foods to suit everyone.

“The nature around Puerto Madryn: Amazing nature — penguins, whales, elephant seals, and a fun, lively city.”
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The receptionist’s attitude was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. A pleasant experience – we will definitely come back!

“Perfect for my visit to Peninsula Valdés”
- by the beach, lots of restaurants, shops, bars nearby - 14 min by taxi from the airport - good breakfast - good and well priced dinners, if you want to eat in - the staff are the ones that make it special. They were so attentive to me and offered me the room at 08:00 as I was very tired from my trip! Exceptional reception! - very clean room and big - great water pressure and hot water - all the tours come here to pick you up

“Puerto Madryn's place to stay”
Morena at the front desk was very helpful, polite, and spoke perfect English- one of the best hotel staff I came across during my stay on Argentina. She helped with a number of things including currency exchange, restaurant recommended, check out. The attached spa was well managed and run.

“Fabulous. Excellent. Exceptional.”
Location perfect. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Beachfront. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable ,clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Enjoyed myself so much that I’ve booked to go again next month with my daughter and granddaughter. Had a fabulous massage by Natalia. 30mins in Jacuzzi is free.

Great location. The staff was amazing, very helpful and spoke at least 3 languages (Spanish, Italian, English). They helped us booking a lovely tour of the Peninsula Valdes and very overall very kind. The room was a good size and the breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety.
