had a certain level of expectations about the apartment Aptos Casa Caribe that was presented. I'm very disappointed in the way that Kim and Patrick communicate towards me. All I wanted is to have a proper place for me and my son temporarily for the month. I'm very disappointed in Patrick and Kim details of there apartment they presented. Im being charged for a residents I didn't occupy October friday 3, 2025 and October Saturday 4, 2025. I and Patrick your spouse came to a verbal agreement that there would not be an extra charge of the late fee because of car issue i had. That's an issue on your end that the verbal agreement was not kept. Booking.com definitely will be notified of your unprofessionalizm and dangerous environment that your displaying to future tenants. I just would appreciate you to follow the agreement we agreed on. If you fail to do so I will go through a legal process if we can't come to a agreement to resolve this matter properly ok. thank you for your time and hopefully we can come to a proper agreement that's beneficial for us all. Just understand i invested my time and money with your establishment that failed to meet what you presented in your listing on Booking.com. Please let us find the proper solution and move on properly in professional standing please let us work to resolve this matter properly and professionally. Super self check-in and nice room with private bathroom.

“Comfortable apartments for friends, solo, or pairs/groups.”

The apartments were clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need, including coffee. I would suggest hiring a car or having another mode of transport when staying here as it is a 30 min walk from Playa Bonita (which is worth it!) Would stay here again due to the ease of the self check in and check out and the facilities.

I had a really great stay overall. The self checkin was super easy and well described. The communication was also really fast, friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was there and readily available. The backup fan was also a lifesaver! Above all, I am so impressed and charmed by the willingness to help and friendliness of the owner. Will definitely be coming back if I find myself in Limon again :)

“Very nice apartment with great host”

The host Patrick was exceptionallly helpful and nice. We had some trouble with the self-check in at our arrrival but he helped us right away via text message and telephone. Later in the evening my friend accidently locked himself in the bathroom and Patrick again replied directly when we called him and sent someone to fix the door. Thank you very much again for all the help! The apartment was really clean and nice and we felt very comfortable with using the kitchen equimpent (which was not the case in other apartments we stayed at during our trip through Costa Rica!) We would definitely stay at the Aptos Casa again!

We had a small two-bed room, the apartment has a shared living room and well-equipped kitchen.

The apartment, communication, security, cleanliness, facilities and organisational was brilliant.

Very nice apartment and room in Puerto Limon, squeaky clean and furnishings very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was great as well. Very good price value, and a good choice if one is staying a few days here.

It was clean, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned.

Appartement very very clean and great equipment (new fridge, new washing machine..) Room very comfy (AC and nice beds) Not any reception but the owners are all ears and couldn't be more reactive I don't think it gets better than this is the city!

The Garage was good for safety the communication was very good! And security was assured. And since we had the apartment to ourselves it was very spacious which we enjoyed.
