We really enjoyed the pool area at this bed and breakfast. They have a good sized pool for a 5 room inn. There is also a large covered area to spend time during the afternoon heat. Tony does a great job on breakfast, different combinations every day during our 4 day stay.

Tony and Sol welcomed us in a way every traveler dreams of experiencing. First of all, the place is exceptional — the pool is lovely, the outdoor kitchen is fantastic, and everything is thoughtfully designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you arrive early, you can already start enjoying the amenities. The breakfasts are absolutely incredible!!! I 100% recommend this place if you want to leave with a full heart (and a little sadness to go) :)

“Greatest B&B in Puerto Escondido”

Lovely spacious room with good quality en-suite. Great location - 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Carrizalillo Beach. Super breakfast that would prepare you for the day! Cold filtered water available 24/7 and coffee. Lovely pool area with fridge and cooking facilities. Great interaction at breakfast with guests and hosts Tony and Sol about activities, taxis and buses to Mazunte and Zipolite. Tony has great knowledge of the area which is a real plus.

Tony made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. There were lots of lovely cosy touches that made us feel at home: from gentle music (great playlist) to beach supplied and a great social breakfast (food was amazing and adapted to different dietary requirements).

Super nice, clean house with five rooms so it never feels crowded. Tony the owner is very welcoming and helpful and make with his staff a great breakfast every morning. It’s a very safe area so you always feel comfortable. It’s an outdoor kitchen with a fridge so you can make your own food if you want and also a nice pool. I could recommend this place over and over again. It’s the best for a relaxing vacation.

Such a wonderful place! Tony is a gracious host, makes you feel incredibly welcome, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable and was a nice size. The pool area was perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet, but a short walk to the Rinconada where there are many places to eat and buy water or snacks. The walk or the ADO bus station to town is also very manageable. Also, the breakfasts! Everything was delicious, well balanced, and full of variety.

“Friendly, homely stay in Puerto Escondido!”

My favourite stay in my 2 weeks trip to Mexico! Tony and Sol are very welcoming hosts and made exceptional breakfasts which were different every morning. The property has a friendly social vibe to it, guests have breakfast together at 9am everyday so it is a nice way to meet people. The pool is very clean and there is plenty of outdoor loungers and chairs for everyone to enjoy. There is AC in the rooms, beach towels provided, a water dispenser. Location is great, less than 15 mins walk to at least 5 different beaches, a few minutes to the main strip of restaurants and they helped to book guests taxis if you wanted to go further. Really lovely place, would recommend it to anyone visiting puerto Escondido!!

Great place to stay, very comfortable. A/C was awesome to cool off from the humid day (stayed during end of rainy period). The familiar atmosphere was lovely and we made friends over Tony’s great breakfasts! The cat and pool were a bonus.

Zandoyo B&B is perfectly located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beaches. The house is unique and cozy, and Tony and the rest of the team are wonderful (including the cat!). The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. Gracias Tony!

Fabulous accommodation. Property really nice- pool, outdoor area and kitchen. The best part was the friendly host and delicious breakfasts. Everh day we were served 2 courses. I loved the surprise each morning..Tony is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond. I'll miss our daily chats ! In nice neighbourhood. Quiet at night. Had some really good sleeps here

“Perfect stay in Puerto Escondido”

Zandoyo was a haven in Puerto Escondido, close enough to restaurants, cafes and the beaches, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The breakfasts were a pleasure to wake up to each day, including the weekends, which was a treat. The pool and general environs are very welcoming, and Tony and Cesar are perfect hosts - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt like family guests, rather than strangers. I would totally recommend them to any traveller. Also, the lovely French bakery, Panorama, is easy walking distance, get there early for the most choice.

The place is small and cosy, very private with only 5 rooms, and feels like staying at home! The hosts are great, very nice and happy to help with any small request. The breakfast is amazing, something new every day and will keep you fed well during the day. The location is in Puerto Escondido itself, in the quiet part of town, away from the tourist and party action in Zicatela. Overall, a great place to stay!

Everything was great. Daily breakfast super delicious stilished Mexican Cuisine prepared by Tony. Tony and Cesar were so kind and willing to help me.

“Perfection- I loved my stay.”

I loved staying here. The pool was just heavenly and Tony’s breakfasts were wonderful. I had the tiny room but it was very comfortable and perfectly good for a solo traveler. If there was an extra small table near the basin for cosmetics I would have happily stayed in the tiny room for months. Both Tony and César were exceptionally helpful and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. I can’t recommend their B &B enough. Book and enjoy- you won’t regret it.
