We had an unforgettable stay at Terrestre Hotel. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and designed to feel completely in tune with it. The architecture and open-air spaces create a peaceful, calming atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, and every part of our stay felt intentional and relaxing. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. We can’t wait to return.

“Magical 3-4 day stay”

The architecture is just incredible and you feel as if you’re a Mayan living near Chichen Itza; you can see the tip of monuments scattered around the property in the middle of the jungle, and that is truly magical. The rooms are spacious and they each have their private little swimming pool and also a fantastic view of the immensity of Sierra Madre del Sur at the back of the property. Shout out to Crescencio that makes the hotel work and looked after us.

Beautiful place, such amazing design and with a really kind and attentive staff, especially the lady at the reception but also the other team members. Very good food at the restaurant too, really recommend this place for the beauty of the hotel, the location and getting away from it all!

Everything! Design, facilities, food, service. But beware - there is no aircon and the mosquitoes (In May) make it hard to leave the front door open which would really help airflow….in saying this - it would stop me booking again - husband found it harder ;)

- Stunning architecture, peaceful, quiet - dinner and breakfast were delicious. The breakfast was very large so we always skipped lunch - fast replies on WhatsApp - it includes a hamam - great service from Blanca and the manager (Carlos?) after we complained that we were told there is no vegetarian option. - there are cute dogs and cats on the property

Absolute paradise, couldn’t fault it. a slice of heaven. Great size room, great service, great facilities. It’s better then 5 stars. We’re already considering coming back. Only thing would be bring snacks as there is nothing much in there is not really a grocery store in the area to do so.
