The hotel is really beautiful, some of the staff are amazing like Mario, Edwin and they really did there best for us to have the best experience.

Nature infused, tranquil, beautiful. Would only recommend to nature-loving friends! The room feels very open to the elements. If you want luxury but with an earthy feel, this is the place.

1) the food is excellent 2) private pools and the main pool are cool 3) restaurant personnel 4) the room! Great sleep with the crushing waves and birds sounds, also a bose speaker 5) few guests 6) had a one night stay, it is not enough!

After 10 years of succes. The hotel has fallen asleep. Fully booked. Why must we put in effort. Altough dinner is included, we skipped after our first night. Breakfast is slow, count minimum 30’ before your first order. The wine selection is limited. The staff is very friendly. There is no captain in board. Location and facilities are splendid.

“Wasted potential- beauful hotel, chaotic staff and service”
The pool. This is the heart of the place and is the overwhelming draw, especially as the ocean has rip currents and is generally unswimmable. The rooms were great and the private pool was great. The food was good although breakfast was just fruit and pastries- for the money we expected a lot more.

We had half board. The food was very mixed. Breakfast was very limited, only two juices, 4 fruits, 1 yoghurt, 3 cereals and one cake. All the additional warm meals were at an extra charge. The lunch was good, we had a variety of dishes, Quinoa Bowl, tacos, etc. The dinner which was included in the half board, was very bad. The fish was overcooked, meat undercooked and the overall taste wasn't very pleasant. The staff was nice but the service was not amazing.
