Hotel is lovely. Reception staff were fantastic & very helpful. Restaurant staff were mainly nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The level of service was truly exceptional — attentive, warm, and so thoughtful that it felt like genuine hospitality rather than just service. The beach is simply perfect, exactly what you hope for when you think of a paradise getaway. What made the experience even more special was the private chef — her name was Angie and she was incredible. Like puremagic whatever she cooked. Every dish was outstanding, and no wish ever went unmet. The villa itself is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable — a place where you instantly feel at home and completely relaxed. Without a doubt, this was one of the best stays we have ever had. Highly recommended.

Staying at Casa Joseph was a dream come true! Such a beautiful place right on the beach, the view from our oceanview room was fantastic. The ammenities in the rooms and around the accommodation are great, the pool area is lovely and the beach beds are a huge asset! The location is great, out of the hustle and bustle of town and doesn’t feel too touristy, but there are still other options for eating and drinking nearby (not that you need to leave the hotel, the food and drinks are wonderful!) The staff here were all so lovely and went above and beyond, and this is what really made the stay so special for us. We did the bioluminescence tour organised by the hotel which exceeded expectations. Loved the morning yoga too. I’d love to come back here one day! Highly recommend.

This is the best experience we have had staying at a hotel. The facilities are amazing and the staff are super attentive. Truly an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back!

This property has it all. Genuinely. Couldn’t recommend it more. The staff really make this experience though. That must be said. Every query, question etc was dealt with promptly. I had the huge privilege of being able to be incredibly lazy. I am eternally grateful for that opportunity. Their in-house kitchen can cook up a treat. The prices are fair and they have wonderful sunset views that are timed alongside a happy hour. What is not to love.

Amazing staff who really spoil you - they brought frozen fruit lollies and cold water to the sunbeds and generally were super helpful. View and rooms lovely. Amazing food

Casa Joseph is a luxurious hotel situated in the middle of Zicatela beach, in a quiet part. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, with comfortable beds, and a good bathroom. The facilities like pool area, beach chairs and lounge beds are perfect. Staaf is very friendly upon arrival, and service on the beach is okey, although most of the time you have to walk up to the bar yourself to order. Food is very good.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, perfectly situated between the center of Puerto Escondido and the lively area of La Punta. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and offer a sense of comfort and style. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and well-prepared. The beachfront area is a standout feature, with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing by the ocean and excellent service from the beach bar. The sunsets here were absolutely breathtaking, adding a magical touch to each evening and making the setting truly unforgettable.
