The private pool was fabulous, definitely a winner! Communication was great, any message we sent was responded to very quickly, early check in was kindly arranged too. The accommodation was a good size for the 6 of us. Great to have under cover, secure parking. The location was perfect for exploring the area and it was very close to supermarkets, which was handy.

The best thing about this apartment is the heated pool

“Excellent”

The apartment totally exceeded our expectations! It was super clean, really spacious, and spread over two floors — you have everything you could possibly need. The pool was great and always clean. The apartment is also really well connected to the garage, which is super convenient. The location is perfect — there’s a Mercadona just a 3 minute walk away if you need to grab groceries or anything else. It’s not far from the beach and the sea, though I’d recommend renting a car to get around more easily. The area is quiet and peaceful, with really nice neighbors. The host was amazing — super helpful, always available, and really kind. We absolutely loved our stay and we highly recommend this apartment!

Great villa. Very spacious, well equipped for 4 of us. Great communication with the owner who provided us with a fan for the downstairs bedroom and answers any questions we had quickly. The plunge pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time in it. Really close to excellent supermarket. 20 minutes walk to town for beaches and some amazing restaurants.

“A true paradise!”

The apartment is fabulous! It is very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool is amazing! The host was very helpful and kind- he let us stay many more hours without any additional charge! We can’t wait to come back to this paradise soon!

“Very nice for families when it is warm, otherwise too expensive for what it is.”

A lot of space for multiple people. The small room unusued because of the toilet smell. The main bedroom with balcony, sea view and calm. The second bedroom very noisy, next to road and a lot of noise even with the windows closed. This was a bit of an issue as we had our baby sleeping in that room. Couch with a lot of spots, not very welcome to sit on, but very comfortable and large. The terrace was dirty, the outdoor couch had water marks/sports, and the metal door was difficult to open. The house door was locked using a phone, which is complicated as a foreigner I did not always had access to internet. The swimming pool was very nice but never went up higher than 29.5, and during our stay (end of March) is was too cold outside to use regularly. Horrible canalization smell in the evening on the 2nd floor (bedrooms). Otherwise calm neighborhood, very close to supermarket which was practical. No triage of garbage!!! (Plastics, food waste, glass all put together, I found this shocking).

The retreat house was super cozy, clean, nice and we all enjoyed the pool. We would come again.

“Nice Xmas Break”

Loved the contemporary feel of the property. Liked the plunge pool. Good location for the supermarket etc literally 100 yds up the hill. Quiet area but can walk easily to bars and restaurants. Lovely views of the sea and sunset from the balcony.

There is a lot to like about The Retreat House.....great location, nice complex, generally well kitted out, the terrace with the private pool is lovely, the main bedrooms have very comfortable beds, a very practical and safe private garage, the apartment manager is very helpful, the complex pools were very well maintained and a good temperature for swimming.......we enjoyed a fabulous week's holiday.

“Outstanding Autumn Break”

Apartment cleanliness was outstanding. Heated pool was a big bonus. Beds are great and a lot of room for four people. Washing machine and drying machine really good as well as own garage for rental car!! Bathrooms fulfilled our expectations. Mercadona supermarket almost next to the apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped. Small extra room was nice storage for luggage etc. Terrace was really nice to hang around. Very good wi-fi! Overall best apartment we have visited at Tenerife Island.

“Excellent stay for the family”

Excellent apartments. There is everything necessary for life. Coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, dishes, TV, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. And just a gorgeous pool on the terrace. The furniture is all new, the rooms are very clean. Hope we come back here again.

Excellent new apartment with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool. The house has everything you need, it is made with taste and soul. The owner is very friendly and told us all the necessary information. We really enjoyed our stay in this house!
