“Very spacious and comfortable apartment”

We loved the view from living room and 2nd terrace was great for dinner. The apartment is newly renovated and very spacious.

The "5 min to beach" is quite exaggerated. It only takes 2 minutes to actually reach the beach. The apartment also features an outdoor shower to rinse off all excess sand you brought with you and this was used quite often. The apartment is quite spacious and the lighting has some nice features (like dimming or different mood lights). Although the sea-facing terrace is quite small, it was nice having breakfast there and watching the sun come up. The back-facing terrace is quite large and sports a comfy sofa and some chairs as well as a marquee. Both bedrooms have ceiling-fans to get some airflow during the night (or day :)).

when we arrived, natalya was already there and showed us in detail the apartment. she was very friendly and helpful. also welcomed us a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and bananas, thank you very much. the location is top. in 2 minutes you can reach the playa de la arena, a natural pool, the beach promenade and shopping. the apartment is rather rustic or simple but it was very clean and we liked it very much. the kitchen was rather simple and older equipped, but nothing was missing. on the contrary, for pretty much every conceivable purpose was a kitchen appliance available. refrigerator and ice box offer plenty of space. hot water and water pressure were sufficient. it is heated with gas. at the stove there is an electric plate and three gas plates. the oven is then also electric. simultaneous hot showers are actually not possible, which did not bother us. the view of gomera from the balcony and the huge living room window is peaceful and fantastic. we were not on the terrace, but from here you can see los gigantes and linger there too. a table for four with chairs was available here and two more comfortable, padded chairs. bordering it is a wall, behind it is a street. when we ran out of gas natalya helped us quickly. we recommend to visit the restaurant "la barrica".

Our flying company moved our flight to Tenerife one day earlier date, so we had to quickly find some apartament, which offered only one night stay as well. We found this one and we well very satisfied with everything - price, equipment, cleanlinness and last, but not least - the communication with owner via Whatsapp was great. No problem with obtaining the keys, no problem with returning the keys. We forgot several bottles with water in the fridge, owner sent us a message. We can imagine to spent more time in the apartament, because we found there everything we needed, but we had already plans for another day in other town and places. So maybe next time. It was a lovely stay. The little balcony at the back was perfect for the sunset, we had everything we needed for a night in the house, and having 2 bathrooms was a luxury. The location was great, just a minute walk to Cafés and shops and 2 minutes to the beach!
