Breakfast and food is general is very good! We loved the pools and the jacuzzi and the staff service was also very good. We also rented a car which we could leave in the very spacious underground car park owned by the hotel, which has direct access to the rooms.

Nice facilities for children and separate areas for adults. The entertainment program for the children was great.

It was a total waste of my money. The bathroom was a torture throughout my entire nights of stay. The smell was unpleasant throughout- it could be the drains or the items like mops used in cleaning. I still cannot get over it. Wall Tiles were dirty with a side of it with a wet and disgusting feather- i took photos of it. I called the attention of the staff to this but this was wiped in a hurry to one side, the feather was still there, wall tiles by the wash hand basins had red splashes on them, i asked for this to be cleaned but it wasnt done properly. Shower fixtures were dirty, towels had hair on them so i could use them - i have photos of this. Mouldy looking dirts in areas and corners of the bathroom.I had to purchase cleaning products and materials to get rid of the smell and to do a bit of cleaning myself so that i can enjoy my stay but it didnt make much difference. Room floors were not clean, coffee area had ants coming out if you try getting cups from it. Bottle opener was dirty and sticky to touch. Kettle and cups had fluffs on them- i had to rewash the kettle as i needed a hot drink desperately. I had to go buy a paper cup nearby. Safe was not usable. Bed side tables were dusty and dirty, bed headboard had splashes of dirts on it, other surfaces were dirty. This is the most disappointing Raddison Blu hotel I have ever stayed in. I upgraded to a Superior room for a better experience- it was terribly disappointing. I couldn't wait for my holiday to be over and to check out.   My entire family with all the kids are planning to visit Gran Canaria in August and have planned to stay at this hotel but I just cant let them go through what I went through. So I won't recommend it all. Lot of options for breakfast but food was cold and cleanliness around the spread was a problem. Plates and cutlery had stains and had smell of raw eggs. Internal coffee station didn't look clean. Absolute waste of my time and money!!!

The amenities in the hotel were very good, it really felt like the hotel had thought of all of the ways to make a stay here as simple & easy as possible for guests. The staff we encountered were all very welcoming & friendly, the room was perfect and had everything you could need, I also thought it was a great touch being able to request things to your room such as housekeeping, maintenance etc by scanning a QR code in the room! The breakfast was ran very well by staff and there was lots of different food options which was great, we requested a room in a quiet area and were very happy that we got that, it’s great that the hotel is almost split into two areas with a bigger pool and area with kids and families and the the quieter area with the other pool. There is a superdino supermarket less than a 5 minute walk and then some harbour restaurants about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The reception staff were also very helpful and ordered us a taxi when needed, it is a short drive to Mogan Mall where there are more shops & great food options. We also got the number 91 bus to and from the airport which was very cheap & accessible. I would definitely stay in this hotel again as it was also very reasonably priced for everything that you get.

Spacious rooms, bathroom with tub and shower, cleaning done everyday, big balcony and lots of closets, large bed. No noise from the other rooms or road. Well situated, with nice views of the mountain. Separate pools for kids and adults, lots of sunbeds. The breakfast was good, with many options, always found a table available. Desserts from breakfast were much better than dinner ones. We especially enjoyes churros with chocolate. Underground parking was a plus (including one electric charger). Nice gym. Some of the entertainment shows at night were really nice.

The rooms themselves were modern and the outdoor areas looked nice visually. The weather was great during our stay and the hotel location was decent. Apart from that, unfortunately very little stood out positively compared to many other 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed at in Spain and Greece.

Service and attention upon arriving

Couple holidays and put in quiet section. Really lovely. Room very nice and comfortable. Breakfast included. Good variety. Staff lovely and very helpful. Had leak in bedroom and fixed within an hour.

Very calm and clean, there are 2 separate pool zones for families with children and quiet zone, nice staff, beautiful garden in the courtyard. The room is spacious with big terrace and everything you need.

Location perfect see used the hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and although the queue we joined to get a table was pretty long the staff were efficient in dealing with everything.
