“Family Holiday”

Absolutely perfect location for families with younger children. The pool was fantastic, clean and well managed. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance (10mins) to shops, restaurants and the beach.

I was upgraded to a larger apartment on arrival so had a large outdoor terrace with loungers and hot tub. The facilities were exceptional, and exactly what I needed for a holiday totally focused on quiet, rest and relaxation. Beds comfortable, apartment clean and decor fresh.

The breakfast was incredible, anything you could possibly want and as much as you would like. Facilities and hotel itself were spectacular. Location was a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore!

Room was reasonably spacious (2 bed, 2 bath). Large terrace with adequate outdoor furniture, and a nice shared space with jacuzzi on the roof. Daily, but unnecessary, room clean, basically a tidy up and towel replacement.

We loved the massive Balcony and the view was just wonderful. We loved using the hotel facilities especially the pool and the Spa which was so wonderful I did the four hour circuit on Two different days. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned every day ,which was something we have not experienced before when staying in an apartment,The ladies were so lovely who came in and did a wonderful job.

Great location, very comfortable, large patio, air conditioned, spacious bedrooms, powerful showers, really well equipped kitchen, couldn’t ask for anything more.

The address of the hotel is wrong. Yes the apartments are at this address, but no reception. We spent an hour finding the reception. So dummy situation - the first time in my life. You arrived to your hotel and there is no reception at the address. Neither the hotel nor the booking.com gave a notice that in fact the reception of the Cordial Mogan Solaz is the reception of another hotel called Cordial Mogan Playa. Hope this message helps another travellers, but it is a shame for the hotel to not to provide this information to the visitors. And be accurate with the jacuzzi on the balcony. When we checked in, they did not clean it, so the water contained chemicals such as chlorine. Unfortunately we discovered it only after we started swimming in it! Make sure they clean it each time before you use it. I think this is also a terrible mistake of the management. Nobody even put a warning on the jacuzzi that it is not ready for the use.
