Javier and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was great !! That I had access to kitchen the at any time if I wanted to cook something.

Javier and Maria are absolutely delightful couple. The apartment is a very simple 15 min walk to centre of town and once we had rearranged the beds to suit us it was perfect for our needs. The two burner gas cooker was used by us every night we stayed 5 nights. Yes it is amongst the locals but they are all so friendly and it’s only $2 taxi ride back after a days sight seeing. The fridge is great and the outside terrace is lovely to sit in. The place is very clean and it’s very obvious they are trying very hard to ensure their guests are happy

Javier and his family are great hosts. He took lots of time to explain things in detail to me like noone before on my trip. I didn't like the first room he gave me, as it didn't match the one on the photos, the next day he right away let me switch rooms. I liked the size and interior of it, large windows, AC, lil kitchenette, comfy bed, plus a cute patio on the first floor. Large common kitchen with cozy eating space

Good option for such a price. Very hospitable hosts. There are many shops and a bakery nearby. The tourist center is 15 min. walk away. The room is large, the bed is comfortable. I stayed for one night and I liked everything.

The BEST hospitality! Javier and his wife were super helpful, we also had good deals on tours through them. The room was big and bed comfortable. The area is quiet, 15 min walk to the center.

“Warm stay”

Javi and his wife are very warm and welcoming, and Javi is always willing to answer any questions we have. The breakfast is tasty. There are grocery stores, bakeries, and pharmacies are just 5 to 10 meters away, makes it very convenient to buy food.

The hosts were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They made a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was large and clean. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. It was nice to have a small kitchenette with a kettle as well as some dishes, cutlery, and glassware in the room. The shower had hot water and the wifi (satellite) worked 80% of the time. Good location next to a few mini markets and a 15 minute walk into Puerto Ayora.

Good size room and comfortable bed with effective air con (much needed!). Packaged up a bread roll and juice box ahead of an early morning departure.

Javier and Marie were really nice hosts. They were available, prepared breakfast on demand and proposed excursions at a good price. The beds were confortable and the room was large, divided into 2 parts. There are a few "tiendas" very close, a panaderia (for fresh bread) and laundry ($).

we are ordinary travelers looking for cheaper accommodation. So we don´t need a lot off "to be happy". but here we didn´t obtain ordered room - unfortunately without any comments from the owner side. In case they tried to explain it, we can understand - but NO. We had only bed in our room and in bathroom only cold water. In booking was written - Balcony, Terrace, Garden view, City view, Desk, Seating area, TV, Refrigerator , Tea/Coffee Maker, Flat-screen TV, Kitchenware, Fan, Additional Toilet, and so on - nothing. Only small room with 1 but yes - really big bed ... but in this case I expect an explanation or price adjustment even though it is a cheap hotel far from the city. we spent there 3 nights and we did everything to be there really because of sleeping. Trips at Galapagos starting around 7 a.m., breakfast here is from 7:30, We asked breakfast TO GO and we obtained dry bun and juice. Hosts from other hotels had really other breakfasts ... I can´t reccomend this place despite the fact that it was cheap.

The hosts were lovely - though it was difficult to communicate with the language barrier, they were very welcoming.

This hotel is run by a really friendly and helpful couple, when we arrived they gave us lots of tips for things to do on the island, local recommendations for things in the area (laundry, shops, cafes) and happy to answer any questions. They also prepared breakfast for us early when we had to leave early for a scuba dive and helped us get a taxi on our last day. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi is very good for the Galápagos Islands. The accommodation is within walking distance of the town (about 15 minutes) but can also get a $1.50 taxi to the centre if you want. I think the property is good value compared to some other places in Galapagos.

Amazing place, big, clean comfortable apartment, great location, a quiet area, but only 10 minutes walk to the fishing piers, and Xavier and his wife were exceptional hosts, answering every question we had and doing everything they could to make our stay as exceptional as possible
