The staff were friendly & the check-in was fast. The location is close to the port, which is a godsend if you have a lot of luggage like me. In terms of pricing, you won't find anything cheaper in Puerto Ayora close to the waterfront. There's free cold & hot water you can help yourself to 24/7.

Location was good, close to the ferry port, bars and restaurants. Close to the supermarket. Hostel was small, not so many guests. Kitchen was small but had everything needed to cook. Everywhere was very clean

Stayed only for a night as a stopover to other islands. Was a very basic and outdated room but it was good for one night. The lady at the check in was friendly and provided helpful information about the property. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and wifi worked well. Located in a very central location with easy access to the pier, restaurants, shops and centre of town. Free bottled drinking water dispenser provided. Overall was good value for money and a convenient location for a stopover for us.

Air-conditioning, hot showers, comfortable beds, free coffee and absolutely amazingly friendly staff.

The location was good, close to main dock. Room cleaned every day. Aircon in rooms was appreciated. Free drinking water refills were available. Tea and coffee was available but no milk provided. Towel provided.

Great economic option to stay in Puerto Ayora. Close to everything. Many inexpensive food options when you walk away from the port. Staff was kind and could offer inexpensive tours.

The staff were the best in the business. The room got cleaned everyday. Hot water was available 24/7, so I got to make my own coffee. Centrally located.

Cheap and basic, budget-type hostel. Very close to the beach and port, few minutes by foot. Room was cleaned daily, not always done in such places. A/C working well. Internal patio with public fridge and small kitchen. Not a very pretty place, but cheap comfortable base in expensive Puerto Ayora.

Close to the malecon (centre), staff is super nice and you can book tours directly from the hotel. The rooms are in small bungalows, with aircon, closets and private washroom. They are quite basic but still comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and kind, and helped us book tours etc. they were very approachable and spoke fluent English. The location was excellent, 2 mins walk to the harbour, very close to restaurants and cafes etc The rooms were basic, but very clean with excellent AC. The bed was very big and comfortable.
