The owner and the lady responsible on site were fantastic. Answered all of our requests fast and resolved all issues. Condo was clean and location is just the best in PA. However, the condo equipement needs love and care. No hot water in the kitchen, no hot water in the guest shower (but cold water was not that cold so we could take a decent shower anyway). Towels and some of the dishes, pots and pans need replacement. Sofa in the living room definitely needs to be cleaned. No BBQ outside (at the price we paid, it would be fair to expect a BBQ). The hammock on one of the balcony can simply be taken down as old and impossible to use (so sad, in such a nice set up!) While we had a good time, the rental price was too expensive for the quality of the installation.
