- Great value for money - our room was incredible and modern. I was told that the older rooms at the hotel are currently being upgraded in line with room we had. - the buffet and à la carte restaurant food was very good for the price point - the beach, although small, was clean and beautiful - I was impressed with the production quality of the theatre shows. - there was no sales tactics with regards to timeshares etc - cocktails were strong and tasty, the beach - there are lively bars and restaurants outside the hotel which are within walking distance if you want a change of scenery - friendly, helpful staff

There is a lot to like at this resort! The location is beautiful, and the resort does take pride in the gardens, which are really well kept. The wildlife is just too cute, the Agouti are adorable but will steel your food if you put it on a table - if the birds dont swipe it first. There are staff members who can not do enough for you and really do make this resort a fun place to be - the entertainment staff in particular. Evening entertainment is fun - there were theatre dance shows, a few beach parties and a pool party.

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent food and some of the entertainment options. We especially liked the Mexican restaurant and made use of the option of using the pool of the neighbouring hotel.

The public areas with the pools and the beach. The entreating program with a great team: Pablo, Kevin, Lupita, Arturito… Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. Everything from the rooms to the public areas is well clean!

Proximity to dive sites

The very first impresion was terrible by the overcrowded restaurant for dinner (we arrived around 20.00) but next days were absolutely OK :+) good animations :-)

The resort was lovely; but buffet food could be better in terms of quality and choice and food being kept warmed. The crepe truck was a bonus however would be much better if they were served hot and not pre-made and cold.

The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were very lush, the food was great and a huge variety, and the staff were super. Comfy bed and lovely rooms.

The staff saved our trip Manuel, Luis, and Jesus on the bars were amazing. Victor was over the top and helped us with everything.
