Staff were fantastic. They were always helpful with already smile. Loved the rain-shower head in the bath. The spa was good, just needs a jacuzzi to make it great. Lots of wildlife to see wandering the grounds. Its located in a safe gated community, so was nice to ge able to take a stroll off of resort too.

“Fantastic beach and spa, but room issues and really bad specialty restaurants”

The resort grounds were cleaner and nicer than I expected, and the whole place has a very relaxed beach vibe. We really enjoyed spending time by the pools and the beach - great spots to unwind, and the pool bar staff (especially Jonathan, Jorge, and Carlos) were friendly. Drinks like the standard margarita and mojito were solid, others were full of sugar with very off-brand alcohol. We also had a surprisingly good spa experience; the hydrotherapy and massage with Ana and Erik were honestly the best we’ve had in years. The Hamburger restaurant was decent with good portions, and the buffet was reliable for breakfast and lunch. Overall, the property layout and beach views were great. There were reefs with fishes. The concierge team (especially Berenice and Surisaddai) were helpful throughout the stay.

“Just great”

Good choices for food and drinks, great staff. There is a lot of Entertainment and animation, but never to pushy. You can easily avoid it if you are just out for peace and quiet. The whole resort is in great shape and very well looked after. And the best thing: there is lots Iguanas and Agutis hanging out. It was my first All Inclusive Resort experience, I never believed I'd like it, but I got convinced otherwise.

~Most of the staff are really wonderful - the entertainment staff really do make this resort! ~The activities that do get done are really good fun. ~The rooms are clean(but dated and need revamping) ~The food is ok, at times its great, then other times its very poor.

We recently stayed at this hotel and booked a Family Privileged room, which turned out to be both spacious and comfortable — perfect for our group, which included elderly family members. One of the standout benefits of booking a privileged room was the exclusive access to special areas within the hotel, including a private bar, a pool and a beach. Given how full the hotel was during our stay, this made a huge difference in our overall experience. These reserved spaces were quieter, more relaxed, and easier to access — ideal for those who may need a bit more comfort and calm. The food in the à la carte restaurants was very good and the service was great especially at the Bloved restaurant. A special mention goes to Viviana, who was exceptionally helpful and caring throughout our stay. We encountered a few issues, and she went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved efficiently and with genuine concern. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out and made our visit even more pleasant.
