“Very bad experience”
One of our worst experiences on booking.com. Despite our confirmed reservation, no one was here when we arrived at 9pm. We had to wait for a long time, then talk to some nice neighbors who could eventually call the owner for us. They were kind enough to take their car to pick up a lady who eventually opened the door for us. in the cabin it was of course freezing and we could not sleep at night. We explained the situation to the owner on the phone. All he could do was a 10% discount…. He was not ashamed to say that we had to leave straight away and sleep outside if we claimed anything better. Not the best understanding and hospitality.
