“Average staying”
The hotel is definitely not worth the rating it has. The main entrance doors don’t work from the outside, the pool/spa is out of order. The room has a strange smell, the bed is big but the mattress is very soft, and the cleanliness is borderline — the place really needs better maintenance. Breakfast — everything is cold, even though the scrambled eggs and sausages are supposedly kept warm. Honestly, there’s nothing decent to eat.

No elevator and a steep climb carrying our luggage to the second floor. No mention on booking listing that there is not an elevator. Sink is located outside the bathroom in the shared area so not private. The floor of the shower made crunchy sounds when stepped on.

Lorraine (hope spelling is correct) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Tidy room and premises, calm location, great coffee and wifi, very nice spot overall.

“Good location, nice overall pet friendly hotel.”
The location was perfect. Just the right amount of distance from busy Interstate 25. Liked that it was a smaller place and had easy access. It’s always a plus to be able to stay with my dog. Breakfast was ok but I’d rather not include it.
