“no points upon checkin due to booking.com no ice on any floor A/C shook the floor and was noisy”

Your staff member Helen serving breakfast went above and beyond. She is a TRUE treasure. She was so friendly and helpful. We were there for 3 nights and we ate at the hotel all 3 days just because of the service from Helen. Over all staff members very nice.
