“Modern place in a quiet residential setting”
A good-sized clean room in a modern building in a quiet neighbourhood. (Note the address is no. 11 and the entrance is an unmarked door next to a double garage.) Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I just wish there were bedside lights and some hooks or towel rails in the bathroom. And proper pillows! I would expect thee things at these prices. It's a 30 to 40 minute walk to the plaza principal but it's straight down the main road. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby.

“Its fine”
Overall it was fine...This hotel offers good, clean and comfortable stay at a good price. It's located in a safe area of the city. Architecture and interior design was very nice.

I had an issue with my car when I was staying at the hotel, Mr Reyes was an amazing help trying to sort it out for me, without his help I would have been totally lost - thanks so much Rafael. the room was very generous (room 3) and comfortable with a super bed .

Overall it was fine, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is relatively quiet. The parking couldn't be much more secure. The staff didn't speak any english (being that it's Mexico I can't really fault them for that...), but this didn't stop them from trying their best to communicate anyways.

It is clean, the bed is so confortable, i love the shower, the place is quiet, you don't hear any car or street noise. Nice big flat screen with many many series or movies. And staff is very helpfull and friendly. Nice coffee shop at 3 min walk (Breaking Bread). One of my 2 best hotel in Mexico so far.
