“Nice for a short stay”
Big beds, probably one of the only hostels with curtains on the bunkbeds. You can cook on your own cooker next to the pool or eat breakfast at the hostel.

“Great vibe”
Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The room was great with a detached private bathroom, which was not a problem for us. The vibe overall was very nice!

“Nice and clean hostel”
This is a great property with a pool and comfy clean rooms, nice beds and some storage. Our bathroom said shared but actually it was our individual private bathroom just not connected to our room which was good! The staff were helpful and the room was modern. The location was ideal.

“High quality hostel”
Excellent hostel with very comfortable beds and privacy curtains. Each bunk had a lockable cabinet as well as light and charging point. Great hot showers and a huge outdoor space including swimming pool. Brilliant facilities, very friendly and helpful staff and very close to all the main highlights of Pucon.

“This is not a hostel. It is a property in identity crisis.”
I've stayed at many hostels all over the world, and this "hostel" is by a large margin the worst I've stayed at. There is absolutely 0 hostel atmosphere, and the setting is very depressing. No usual hostel activities are offered as well, and this is freaking Pucon, which is known as a vibrant backpacking hub. They closed their common kitchen a week ago, because they aim to stop being branded as a hostel (they let you know though before you pay). They want to go full hotel mode. Fine, but close the dorms first, NOT THE COMMON KITCHEN. It is the last thing you need to close. So arriving late at night after a long day, you find yourself looking for a god damn something to eat or drink. Go around the town to look for something (only the gas station's store is open at night, by the way). They have a fridge of beverages to grab and pay for, and it literally says 24/7, but apparently no, it's closed after midnight. Also, the lockers are really unconveniently placed, right above the mattress. I bashed my head and legs onto the locker a few times. Wake everyone up just to put something in the locker. The staff are helpful as much as they can but they mostly seem tired and lifeless. Do yourselves a favor and look for a real hostel. I can't believe that this property has any future at the current state of business. The owners should really do something before it's too late.

One of the best good looking hostels I’ve seen. The structure is amazing, beds are super comfortable, rooms wide and nice. There is also a beautiful pool. Position is excellent, 1 minute from Playa Grande.

“Cosy stay”
The hostel is one of the best I've been in my life. Comfort beds, showers inside bedroom, shampoo and conditioner in the room locker in the bed, powers and lights in the bed. The shared area is very beautiful and big, beautiful patio with pool, fruit trees and also a gym space. There was a leak problem in the sink and they fixed it imediatelly, and provided a solution alowing everyone take shower in a private room. Staff are also very friendly.

“Great place for longer stays. Could be cleaner.”
The place is great for longer term stays. The vibe, the hotel, the different rooms, kitchen and layout... I love how they also accept and welcome the stray(?) dogs inside (for real, I love this). Having said that, a dog wash wouldn't hurt so they don't have the stinky wet fur smell.
