“Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff”
One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s run by a lovely family. All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We even had some impromptu Spanish lessons from the hostess. The room was warm and cosy and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. There was a wonderful view of the volcano from the breakfast room window. I loved staying here and would definitely highly recommend it if you are staying in Pucon. Thank you 🙏

Well located, pretty close to the centre of town, the lake and the bus station. Breakfast is good. Room was comfortable, if not that big for 3 of us. Good for a one night stay, might feel a bit crowded in the room if you're there for longer

“Excellent choice”
The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. All the staff in general very attentive. Beautiful and very cosy hotel in the centre of the city. Delicious breakfast with local products. They even helped us to plan our routes around. Definitely a hotel I would come back! Thank you

“Great hotel and great people.”
The hotel was located very central. Also for our trips to the volcano, the staff were perfect to prepare us an early breakfast and they let us leave the car in the parking after check out.

“Don’t trust the reviews ! Extremely bad experience !”
Stayed at this hotel 1 night / rating and reviews do not match with reality / room is dirty, stained and old carpets, worn out mattresses, old furniture / there is a bar in front of the hotel with loud techno music until 2:30 am / our room (no.1) was next to the breakfast room with noise starting at 6:30 am / complained with the management but they just explained it not their fault / possibly one of the worst hotels I spent the night / do not believe and trust reviews

“What a view !!!”
Located in centre of town, near all shops and restaurants. Staff ( esp Sandra) were very helpful, even supplied breakfast picnic two hours early , which I took on my climb. Clean , but no lift . Good breakfast
