The hotel and the rooms are nothing less than amazing! So beautiful and cozy. Landscape is amazing as well and the location is great. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is wonderfull.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the Hotel Manager. Bed was comfortable with lovely linen and pillows. I was particularly happy with the fact that they provide a top sheet and fleece blankets so you can decide how many or how little covers you need at night. Nothing irritates me as much as a massive duvet when it’s warm outside! Great shower with plenty of hot water, although the shower curtain is not something I like! The bathroom products (shampoo etc) were very nice. The views from the property over the lake are lovely. It was reasonably priced for Pucón in high season and I think some of the other bungalows and chalets were in better condition than ours. At least we were close to the parking area and the Reception for Wi-Fi connection.

Lovely big room, clean, large and very comfortable bed. Only downside was that the hot water never got above luke warm. Breakfast was nice - fresh fruit, cheese, ham, fruit juice, tea, coffee, honey, yoghurt, jam, toast, granola. Staff nice and friendly.

Everything was great! The apartment was big, warm and clean with a huge bed. The view is amazing and you can even book a hot tub from where you also have a view of the lake. Everyone is very friendly!

Perfect place to stay. Near Pucon but in a quiet area with a great view of the lake. The breakfast served in the room was complete. I'd definetely recommend this place to stay

So here's something I would've found helpful to know: There are 3 pools - a large pool at the bottom of the hill (shown in most of the pictures, with sunbeds all around), which is significantly smaller than pictures look (assume wide angle lens photos). It's not heated but it wasn't cold (this is in January), although it was totally overrun by kids, around 20-30 children playing in there at any time! (Obviously we could have been unlucky, but there was no way an adult could have swum lengths in it - you couldn't reach your arms out either side of you without hitting a child. We stayed Wednesday - Friday, not over a weekend). Not rating the hotel down for this, but definitely something to bear in mind if you want to relax by the pool and hoardes of kids would ruin your stay! (Or, on the other hand, if family-friendly with lots of kids to play with is a plus for your family!) Then there are 2 smaller pools that are based on totally the other side of the property (at the top of the hill). This includes an oval-shaped one that is warm, kind of functioning like a large hot-tub. You have to reserve this, but we had no trouble doing so. There's then a small rectangular one (about 5m long) also pretty warm. Again, no issues with this set up, just think the descriptions about this could be clearer as it was initially a confusing set up! The room is nicer and bigger than it appears in pictures!! Comfy bed. Breakfast is only served between 9-10.30 - again just something to bear in mind if you're hoping to get up earlier for hiking like us.
