“Late cancellation by host even though confirmed by Booking.com”
We booked at 2pm and we were en route. When I messaged to say we would be there in an hour we were then told it was not available. Even though our booking had been confirmed. This is not acceptable and we were left with nowhere to stay. As overseas tourists this is not a good situation.
