“Perfect family vacation”

Everything was perfect for our first vacation with our daughter. The house is located very close to the beach, a lot of supermarkets and taverns nearby. You have everything that you need at the location. The owner is super nice and helpful, he welcomed us with fruits, water and juice which was very nice after a long drive. We definitely plan to come back.

Our stay was simply ideal for me and my family. It’s a great place for families with one or two children. The house was perfectly prepared and equipped with everything we needed for a week-long vacation. The location is amazing – right next to the sea, with a beautiful view, you just cross a small street and you’re there. It’s also very well situated, close to the promenade, restaurants, bars, and everything you might need.

Very clean, looks better than pictures, right next to the beach and restaurants, very well equipped kitchen, the place has everything you could think of and more, the terrace is very big and also there is a very nice place to stay in the backyard as well. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a bottle of wine, Easter eggs, cake and biscuits. Thank you Vangelis!

This is an exceptional place. The apartment is very well equipped. The views are stunning, and Vangelis, the host, is incredibly helpful. We arrived late, and he even called to explain to us how to enter the apartment. When we arrived, we even found some snacks. I can highly recommend the apartment.

Everything was JUST PERFECT!! Starting from the excellent location (just across the beach and the sea) Inside the property we found literally everything that we could imagine. Even more! The host was very polite and helpful. The private parking lot has the sunshade witch was helpful. We were very satisfied with the apartment and all the facilities. Will look for the same apartment some other time if we visit Psakoudia again!! My sincere recommendation to everyone looking for fancy, modern equipped apartment by the sea.

We (me and my family) had very relaxing and comfort week vacation here. Everything was as described and better. Thanks Vicky and Vangelis for welcome bottle of good wine, juice and fruits, enough coffee for breakfast time. Spotless clean. You have everything as being at home. Very good locations – on beach. Good supper market at Psakoudia entrance (from Nikiti), very good bakery – about 12 min walking or can easy go by car. Good inside parking plot with shadow. Good rent-a-car company just outside. Very good pizza in front. Good restaurants around. Beach facilities for free use fust for purchase of any drink at normal prices.

Amazing place with a wonderful location. Everything inside the house was so comfortable, cozy and clean. There is enough room for everything, kitchen with all the facilities you may need, a big balcony with sea view, a big living room, aiir conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room, big and comfy bed. Just a dream place. Can't wait to come back next year.

The appartment is cozy, modern, new, and includes even more than you need :) The hosts are super-friendly, responsible and they really care about your comfort. The beach is right at the building, location could not be better. Many caffes and taverns nearby. With no doubts, this place is one of the best where we had our vacation! I can't imagine what kind of people can dislike this place. It's absolutely amazing!
