La Maison Céladon was clean and quiet and there was a garage to accommodate our bicycles. The shower was very good. The building dates back several centuries and has an interesting history and ambiance. From our top-floor room we were able to enjoy the sound of birdsong, including the cuckoo (early June). We enjoyed talking to Jean-Paul over breakfast. You have a glimpse of life in this corner of rural France.

“A delightful clean comfortable stay in a truly French house.”
We stayed here on our way to our holiday destination and on the way back again. We were able to have two rooms with a shared bathroom together in a little suite as we were travelling with our daughter. The accommodation was perfect, very French with lovely furniture and pictures and our host couldn’t have been more charming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to have an evening meal at a nearby campsite which was delicious and very reasonable.
