This place is absolutely wonderful. Whole house is just ideal and view makes the whole experience even more special. The house is incredibly charming, peaceful, and located in the middle of nowhere — perfect for a quiet getaway. The owners are very kind and helpful. Every detail in this lovely home is well taken care of. We loved it! I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

Location and view of the Villa is stunning. I wish I could wake up like this every morning. The interior is super cozy and stylish and the Villa is well equipped. The communication with Jacques (our host) was very professional and friendly and Jacques was supportive before and during our stay. I can't recommend this beautiful 'home away from home' enough. It's a hidden gem!

Fantastic place, amazing people, fabulous house and the area. Interesting concept of a game farm, i loved the location also. due to proximity to the capital city of Namibia. Definitely best place ever!

We really enjoyed the gorgeous landscape, the milky way and the sky full of stars, the magnificent sunrise, all this due in particular to the position of the house and the incredible view from the bed thanks to large windows towards the outside. The house is very very confortable and has everything someone is looking for. The environnment is for you to enjoy The owners were very hospitable and pragmatic in their approach. And it s a very convenient stop on the way to namib naukluft national park.

We had a fantastic stay at Leopard's View Mountain Villa in Prospect. The communication with the host was excellent, and the directions to the villa were clear and easy to follow. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the playful monkeys and soaking up the sun on the large terrace. A highlight for us was the small, heated hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the starry sky at night was absolutely stunning. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a peaceful and scenic getaway.

“Exceptional.”

This house is exceptional. No photos could do it justice. The views are breathtakingly beautiful and the house fully equipped for cooking etc. The bedrooms are stunning with walls of glass overlooking the desert plains and the beds are so comfortable! We were so well looked after by Catherina and her partner (the owner was travelling, so they were replacing him for a bit). They helped us fill up the outdoor bath and heat the water, and Catherina gave us tips on how to get to our next destination that proved so helpful on our second day of driving through Namibia and its roads and open spaces. Lovely people, really.

This villa is amazing and very comfortable. We stayed at the end of our road trip before flying back to relax and unwind. The view from the villa is just stunning, and the stars at night are mesmerizing. The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. I could not recommend enough to stop here during your trip. You will not regret it. For us, it was the perfect closure. Thank you again for everything!

Wow - what’s not to like? Breath taking views from the living and bedroom areas, beautiful and thoughtful design and decor, spacious and well supplied with all you need. Wi-Fi was great. Great communication with the owners. Would love to return one day and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful country. Less than one hour from central Windhoek - we used it to stop for the night before our flight the next day, and it was perfect for that - would love to stay longer with a group of friends for a weekend, would be amazing!

The villa is a real highlight of our Namibia trip. The landscape is stunning and the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms are amazing with an incredible view, especially of the sunrise and the starry sky at night. The hosts are very friendly and supportive in case you need them. We definitely recommend staying in the mountain villa.
