Gioia 13 Rooms & Apartments is located in the island of Procida, and offers modern apartments and studios with free Wi-Fi. Bathroom is mouldy and leaking out while taking a shower. Shared kitchen was on the roof which is not ready …all dusty pans and cutlery no knifes no cleaning stuff. When asked they were super busy and told us that tourists wouldn’t cook rather eat out and said you would have booked costly rooms with separate kitchen . It was humiliating and not worth the price . I would definitely not recommend this place . I am sure even the rooms with separate kitchen would be the same . Being empathetic and kind wouldn’t cost a thing .

WONDERFUL COZY APARTMENT ;-) This is the perfect location in Procida if you want to explore the island on your own. The bathroom is super, very comfortable bed and all you need. It is located 1 min from the main shopping Streits which brings you directly to All hotspots and also to the beach & harbour. PERFECT;-)!!!

Highly recommend! Perfect location (close to shops, several beaches, local bus stop etc.) and extremely accommodating staff and management. Would definitely come again!

“Not enough value for the money spent”
Dirt under the bed, towels werent changed during our stay, not even once. Staff was not really friendly, they have only asked us to pay the minute we arrive, not welcoming at all. Terrace was really nice tough, and the cats all around were really nice.

The pictures in Booking com are faked!! The very small apartment has no light from windows.Fotos are made by flash light. Very bad balkony. You has to look through dirty windows. The cost of 130 Euro is absolutly not akzeptable. Old furnitures. No place in this apartment to feel good. This is the way some owners try to make quickly money. We would like that bookingcom control this apartment. We did not akzept to stay in this apartment. Willi und Monika
