We were advised the area was in a catastrophic fire risk. All national parks were closed and the police had shut everything. Shops, restaurants everywhere shut. We reached out to ask what to do, and the hosts were unacceptablely unhelpful, and showed no understanding nor offered to discuss moving our booking. We wrote to them and were polite and friendly, never asked for a refund and tried to show understanding to the situation. We were not met with the same curtesy. We asked for some advice with what this fire risk meant, they replied 'listen to the radio'. As tourists, this was not helpful. We had no idea what a catastrophic fire risk actually meant. Thankfully we were advised by a local to download the VIC emergency app. On seeing the advice, it was clear we had to leave the area immediately. Therefore we reached out and told the host we had been told to leave the area, and enter a safer zone. They took our money then ignored any further communication. Not the way to run a successful, customer facing business. We understand and wouldn't ask for a refund due to natural disasters, but have some decorum to reply to your paying customers!

Totally secluded little villa just 5 minutes drive from the 12 apostles. Overlooking a little lake with lots of waterfowl. Quiet, clean and very spacious. 10 minutes drive to Port Campbell for shops and restaurants.

It’s like a private wetland nature reserve- absolutely fantastic! The villa is very spacious and has most things that you would need. If you love nature and seclusion you can’t beat this place. Very close to twelve apostles.

Excellent location for 12 Apostles, Wreck Beach and stargazing. 10 mins from the apostles and 25 from London Arch it’s a perfect spot to head out and catch sunrise pictures and watch the penguins return at sunset.

The villa is clean and spacious. Furnishings and kitchen are modern and comfortable. Screens and air conditioning. Quiet. Lovely view of the marsh with lots of water fowl. Close to 12 apostles.

Amazing property, even better location. Just beautiful inside and out. Hosts had put the heating on so it was warm and cosy when we arrived. Just amazing!
