We got a free room upgrade because first assigned room was just beside a big fan and very noisy. A front desk clark was very kind and upgraded our room.

The room was spacious,clean and was so nice to have a good sized kitchen in the room. Staff were always friendly and available. Free... Coffee, Tee and Hot Chocolate in the lobby was great. Was also nice to have access to an indoor pool.
