The location is perfect, with an easy on and off the highway. It has a number of restaurant choices in easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

I liked how clean the room was despite them being busy and having lots of walk-ins. The staff were kind enough to also let us leave our luggage since check-in time, at that time, can only be 3PM.

Good location, close to a number of restaurant’s, and the staff are very friendly. The Anavada is good bang for your buck

The location is excellent, The rooms were drafty from the sliding patio room and lots of street noise. The pool was extremely dated and the hot tub wasnt working. The whole hotel is older and showed it but the cost was good and was passable.

“Discrimination”

I showed up but was turned away because I was local. I better not have been charged anything at all. I was told she would put I was a no show. I had stayed before but did not live in town at that time. I did not read policies so I don't know why they discriminate against locals. Would not recommend it even from my last stay if you are walking a dog outside is filthy all around the motel is garbage in the back area from laundry door.

Room was very cramped. 4 night stay and the room didn't even have a chair. Hard to work off a laptop without a desk and chair.

Not the room we booked ir expected. Bathroom door would not close because it would jam Aeked fir a queen with a couple of chairs Instead we're put into a small kitchen unit with a king bed. No room for our expected 5 day stay. Air conditioner blew across the bed and no screen on window so we could not open window. Homeless wandering down alley next to wondow as well. Paid in advance in error and motel would not refund We only stayed the one nite. Asked Visa to withhold payment.

We stayed the week before as well. Loved the property both times. We have 2 little dogs and they gave us a dog bag. It had a recyclable dish, treats, poop bags and a toy for each dog. The toys were a life saver. It helped the dogs get out some wiggles from being in the car all day.
