location was fine, quiet. Beds comfortable and air conditioning worked to keep the rooms cool. Air conditioning was loud but drowned out the noise of patrons running up and down the halls

I wasn't able to get a room despite getting a confirmation. They needed a 8 number confirmation code and i had a 10 number confirmation code but she didnt take it. So I didn't stay. Lady in the front said she couldn't find my booking. My family and I were stranded in Pa without a room. And no help or refund was given back to me. Very inconvenient.

I had a sensitive matter, and I spoke with the front desk and the urgency of my matter was quickly denied and left me and an already uncomfortable spot , I would've hoped that I could have reached a better resolution with them.

“Please pay more attention to dusting horizontal surfaces in the rooms — such as wardrobes, picture frames, curtain rods,”
What I liked about the property: The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed linen was fresh, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Nothing extraordinary, but everything was as expected.
