“Great location”
The owner was lovely. Available if you needed anything but never intrusive. Left us some grapes from the garden each day. Spotlessly clean. The beach is just outside the gate, but there is a patio with table, chairs and recliners if you want to rest in privacy. Restaurants and bars a couple of minutes away, as well as supermarket and bakery.

“If our family goes to Preko again I know who I will try to contact.”
*The landlady and her family were just great. They are very helpfull in every aspect. *Well equipped kitchen for our needs. Oven, microwave, blender ,big fridge dishes and sharp knifes plus outside grill. *Everything was clean. *The air conditioning worked as it should, but we only turned it on for one night. Enough of fresh air flowed in from the sea through the window so there was not really need for the climatisation to be used. *Washmachine downstairs and enough space to dry the clothes on terrase. *Good signal WIFI ,Basketball pitch next door ,distance to the sea literally ten meters plus Landlady with the knowledge of how to fish meant our kid did not get much chance to get bored. *Two shops and several restaurants very close, but not next door so it would distract the relax.
