“Totally loved our stay there and if ever back to Preko I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

The house is placed on an amazing location, with great sea view from the balcony. Even though is a further up the hill, we loved that we weren’t in the middle of the busy streets.The house was very clean and had all the necessary utilities for a longer stay. We have been there for 5 days and honestly would have stayed much longer if possible.The host, Mira is an amazing lady, extremely kind and welcoming and made us feel taken care of.

The highlight was definitely the balcony with its stunning sea view – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. Highly recommended!

Everything! Especially the lovely balcony with the view on olive and fig trees and the sea.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, even nicer. We had everything we needed. The balcony has a beautiful view of Zadar. Not far from the beaches (Parapet and Elektra, Bilišce) and the center, 5 to 10 minutes. Jaz beach is also within walking distance. Preko is beautiful and the comfort of the apartment completed our vacation and relaxation.

“Excellent little apartment and great value for money”

This is a great little apartment which is exceptionally well equipped. Nice little balcony with a view towards Zadar and washing drier. Excellent bathroom and although bedroom is small, bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning.

Super clean place with great hosts and even better view! It was a pleasure to be back there for a second time after 2 years :)

“Nice, easy stay!”

We booked this very last minute as my friend had made a booking at a different place for the wrong month. The gentleman who came to meet us was really accommodating and left us to it. The whole apartment was clean with all the kitchen facilities you could need and was only a 5 minute walk or so down to the beach area and other cafes/shops. It rained while we were there so we were thankful to have a whole apartment to ourselves and watch the downpour from the balcony.

The hosts are very friendly, even picked us up when we could not find the place. They live downstairs and are there if you need anything, but they also respect your privacy. Perfect! The appartment is in really good condition and nicely decorated. The balcony is nice and has a view of the garden and Zadar. The bathroom is large and modern and the kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioning works well, both in living room and bedroom. We only wished we could have stayed for longer. Thanks to the family Ivankovic!

The property was very close to the marina so it was a very short walk to the entertainment and food

“Heaven on a green island for only 40 euros a whole apartment with see view.”

Why would you pay 60 euros in Zadar suburb to rent a small apartment with a view on a concrete (blind) wall when for 40 euros you can have your own apartment including a terras overwatching the see, with sunrise in the morning at the back of the apartment and sunset in front of the apartment in the evening? The host invited us with a drink (beer or jus d'orange) and told us about the environment (this is an island only 25 minutes from Zadar with ferry) which was a very nice surprise and very welcomed.

Very nice apartament with great view- sunrises from the balcony are stunning. Has everything what you need and it is super clean. Located in quiet area, walking distance to the city center, shops, restaurants and beach. Nice and very helpful host 🙂
