The apartment was cozy and well located, but check-out was a complete disaster. The sign in the apartment said trash bins were 50m away, but in reality they were 650–700m away at a supermarket parking lot. I wasted 25 minutes in the rain searching, because no one informed me in advance. I am not obliged to carry trash outside the property, and this was the main cause of the conflict. Instead of apologizing, staff reacted with shocking aggression — shouting, swearing, spitting, and even trying to fine us €50 for “late check-out,” although they themselves delayed the inspection. On top of that, guests are required to strip all bedding, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels, leave them “ready for laundry,” clean the kitchen, and run the dishwasher — essentially doing a full cleaning as if you were the housekeeping staff, despite the very high price. With deposits from €500 to €2000 that they can easily withhold, plus €50 fines for any small “mistake,” and such hostile, disrespectful behavior, this place is completely unacceptable. For the same money — or even less — you can book a proper 4-star hotel in the center of Megève with a high level of service. Until management and policies are changed, I strongly warn future guests: avoid this property. in the photo "friendly administrator"

Really nice small apartment in a good location close to Megeve. The apartment was reasonably spacious for 2 people but could accommodate 4 if required due to the large sofa bed. The small kitchen had pretty much everything you need for basic food preparation. There were laundry facilities available in the accommodation block which is handy if you are on a longer break. We also enjoyed using the gym and the games room during our short stay. The accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Great place for a short stay in the French Alps.

The chalet was perfect, excellent mountain view.

Fantastic apartment. Brilliant views from a lovely balcony. Furniture, beds really comfy and the kitchen has everything needed. Really clean. Reliable Wi-fi continually used by all the family with no problems. Facilities really well sound proofed also. Excellent location, walking distance to Praz Sur Arly, 10 minutes to the new adventure lake and park where there are great things for the kids to do. Swimming, inflatables course, zip lining etc. The big supermarket is also very close so makes it really easy for food shopping. Onsite laundry facility also really useful. 10 min drive to Megeve, and also close enough to drive to Chamonix, Col de Aravis etc. We had an excellent stay and would go again.

Our third visit. A well-equipped stylish, modern apartment. Spacious living room/dining/kitchen with comfortable furnishings. Lots of storage. Great view of mountains. Individual ski/boot room. Plenty of parking on-site and complementary shuttle to and from Megeve if wanted. Other facilities include games room, gym equipment, spa and laundry room.

The setup of the Apartment was not very convenient. Lots of small spaces, doors and narrow corridor. Beds were so so. Nice staff. Close to supermarket. 7-15 min from skilofts - by car.

The chalets are beautiful, lots of rooms, storage, lovely kitchen and loads of parking.

It was a great experience. The hotel has shuttles and a play room. Our room had 2 rooms and a kitchen. It was slightly smaller than how it was photopraphed. The kitchen was equipped with everything. It has 10 min to Megeve center but you can also take the shuttle. The stuff was very friendly and the rooms were clean
