From the photos on booking the room looked a bit better than the reality itself. There were all the basic things that you might need during your stay but as soon as we arrived we did notice a couple of things that were not supposed to be there. Apart from this the staff was friendly,kind and helpful, the staff member at the reception immediately solved our issue. We didn't really plan to stay much in the bedroom as we planned to explore around and go to the Asmana Spa the whole day so for us this was okay as we needed a place with a good location to move around and with a parking place.
