“Put Prato on Your List and Stay Here!”

This was one very lovely boutique bed and breakfast location. I loved it. The building overall is well kept. The room is large and it was beautiful - my pics do not do the room justice. I walked in and said "wow". There is a lovely balcony for breakfast, a table in your room if that suits you, or there is a terrace that sits over an internal garden. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom spacious and just lovely. I always say that what makes any accommodation exception is the staff and this is no exception. The staff here are just wonderful and extremely helpful from giving you tips on what to see (I saw the Donatello!!!! And the Fra Lippi!!!! Thank you Sonya). And the young many (sorry I forgot your name) who bought my breakfast every morning and gave me tips for getting to Pistoia and Poggio a Caiano was just a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable.

“Spacious clean room, central location, great staff - highly recommend”

Central location close to all city historical attractions, as well as to good restaurants and cafes. Extremely welcoming staff. We were allowed to use the room after the check-out time. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom, very clean and quiet, and in soft, not aggressive colours. The room had a terrace where in warm sunny days must be pleasant to sit and have breakfast. If ever back in Prato, we certainly stay here again.

It was perfectly located next to my son’s college campus, near all shops and restaurants, the staff was accommodating and kind. The room was beautiful and clean! I was so surprised at how wonderful it truly was. I had a different understanding of bed and breakfast. They set the standard high!

Breakfast was brought into the room, all Perfect! The only issue is a bar/restaurant underneath some of the 1st floor rooms where loud music disturbs sleeping quickly! This is a new phenomenon and hosts are very much trying to keep it under control: thanks a lot

“The most pleasant stay in Prato”

The whole stay was very pleasing.. from the helpful host, to the nice and comfortable room and the delicious breakfast in the morning. Location is very central and one can easily walk around the beautiful streets and even enjoy a meal and couple of drinks in the restaurants and bars nearby.

Great stay in the center of Prato. The room is very big with a balcony, with room for clothes and luggage. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom clean and with everything needed. Communication and check-in uncomplicated with the staff. Highly recommend!

everything was great except the water pressure in the shower. The water hardly runs. All the rest is very good.

Communication prior to travel was good. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly by Alex, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was central. Close by to local restaurants and shops, and the train station a 13min walk, perfect for getting to Florence without the car. Parking was priced reasonably, but if you have a car bigger than a Honda H-RV, you may struggle to access it. The gateway is quite narrow. We had a lovely stay.

Very clean room in an attractive block (palazzo) with all the required mod cons, including an en suite bathroom with an excellent shower, fridge, extra pillows, etc. Alessio was very helpful in both the check-in, supplying information for local food and visits and also for some extra information at the end.
