“Nice room and facilities”
Beautiful property and gardens, feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. Monkeys and birds around, but not in a disruptive way. Kitchen was nice and had everything available, staff were lovely and helpful. A shame we only stayed one night, we couldn't fully appreciate everything that was on offer - recommend at least 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely and prepared fresh for us. The room was fine but quite basic (felt suitable for the jungle)

Super nice hosts, very knowledgable. Bird watching and mammal watching. Nice and uncomplicated family atmosphere. Good breakfast. And with other nice guests we organized even a barbecue together. And please: treat you hosts as well as they treat you. You are in nature.

Surrounded by Mata Atlantica forest. Saw lots of birds including beautiful toucans, hummingbirds, 3 types of manakins, sloths and marmosets. The guide, Coi, was very good and worked hard for me to see the manakins. Coi also shared photos of the birds that he took while I watched them with binoculars so I actually enjoyed watching them instead of messing with my camera. He and his wife Luciana were lovely hosts and made me feel welcome and at home. They provided information on how to get there , phone numbers for taxis and helped order dinner. I can recommend it as a basic but lovely place to spend one or two nights away from Praia do Forte and get back to nature and see some wildlife. They also have hives of various native stingless bees which are also worth seeing. Thank you Coi and Luciana.
