“Just need a refund please.”
There was no running water when we arrived and only one room, so we had to leave and find another at great expense to us in Plzen an hour away. So not happy but as long as we get refunded ok

Tantra club wasn't ready to check us in. Someone was taking shower in house we booked, no one knew about our reservation. We had to book another hotel. Until today we haven't received a cash back, becouse hotel is not responding phones/emails from Booking. Looks like a cheat.

Well, the apatment was in the middle of nowhere. But it would've been okay, since the price was not that high. BUT! We hadn't received any information in advance, that the jakuzzi would've costed almost as much per a day as we paid just for the accomodation. Moreover, the jakuzzi was not ready as we arrived and it's water was brown. As the owner's son told us, he had cleaned it, but it was still dirty. And also the floor was dirty. At least the bed sheet seemed to be clean... we hope it 🙄 And the "bed". Well, it was not an actual bed with materace, but it was an insulation material on a pressed chipboard. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend to anybody to go there. The shower cabin was also dirty and the water stunk. We will write to booking.com to refund our money.

“The place is cute and peaceful and the host is wonderful.”
Josef is a very friendly, kind, interesting person and is very easy to talk to. He picked me up from the airport and left me to the metro the next day which was really helpful. The cabin itself was really cute and quirky :) The location is very quiet and peaceful. The place for breakfast is very nice too.
