the worst hotel in the world with shower IN ROOM close to your bad without toilet with bugs in bed

We didn't receive 200 CZ for key. Nobody speaks english.still waiting for 200 CZ on my bank acount.

Location: The location is very convenient for transport and accessibility (more details below in point 6). Service: The waitress at breakfast was a true professional and very kind. Honestly, the only professional person I encountered on the premises. (more details below in point 9). Sorry about low quality room picture, mobile had problem as lights in room are weak.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, which was extremely disappointing and did not meet reasonable standards of service or value. Firstly, I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional. During breakfast, members of staff were openly speaking badly about other guests within hearing distance, which was inappropriate and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast provided was cold and of poor quality, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your advertised standard. The room itself was also far below expectations. Most notably, the room did not have a toilet, which was neither clearly communicated at the time of booking nor acceptable given the price charged. Overall, the stay was significantly overpriced considering the poor service, inadequate facilities, and lack of professionalism. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel that the experience did not reflect the description or cost of the accommodation. I would appreciate a response to this complaint and an explanation of how you intend to address these issues. I also request that you consider appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory stay.

Very good quality buffet style breakfast included in price except of coffee (one cup of coffee included), good variety of breakfast options. Quiet during the night, not hot, enough of oxygen for the good sleep, comfy bed extra large size. Central location, public transport is nearby, town landmarks are all around. Free Wi-Fi. Place for smokers provided. Affordable by the price.

The hotel had a very creepy vibe. There was a strange smell in it and it felt more like a maze/pub/casino than a living place. The staff were extremely cold and non cooperative. I felt unsafe.

It's scam, we can pay only by card and they take 5% of fees (not mentioned before) also we have to pay deposit for the keys 8€, they are telling you the will refund you back directly to your card but not true. they are never reply to you by DM.
