very nice staff, mr Kim is so helpful and kind! the room was very pretty, comfortable and clean. the location is perfect - pretty close to city center but also calm and quiet, just next to the bus and tram stop, close to shops and cafes. the garden is so so pretty! definitely would recommend and come back!

We love the location, the comfortable & clean rooms, the white bedding and towels. We are always happy to stay at Lorenz & Coffee House while in Prague. The Coffee house garden is a green oases with climbing plants, trees and water fountain. The owners and their staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Tram stop very close. Very convenient to reach Old Town, Congress center etc. Very clean. Felt Safe. Nice hot showers. Friendly helpful owner. Close to a few good restaurants.

The place was very clean and comfortable, in a quiet location but on the tram route into the city centre. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

The garden is quite nice, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that the owners create a negative atmosphere due to their extremely pedantic behavior. The matcha was okay.

Kim welcomed us in a polite and friendly way. The structure was nice, clean and very well organised! The location is convenient and close to the tram stop, from where you can easily get anywhere.

Very clean. Beautiful garden and very kind staff. The noise isolation is also good. There were occupants on both sides of our apartment but We didn't hear anything.

The room was spacious, light and very clean. The house itself is located on a 2 minute walk from the tram stop in a lively neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. The big bonus is that the coffee served downstairs is a joy for your taste buds!

The rooms were clean and useful. Having a little kitchen in the room is a great choice for families who have childs. And there is a bus& tram station which you can arrive to Old Town in 30 minutes. The most important, Kim & Filip were so kind and helpful.

It was really nicely located. We could get the tram into town or the metro just up the road. The actual place was simply magical. The garden in the courtyard was stunning and the room felt really cosy. The staff were really lovely and gave us recommendation of things to do. I am 100% coming back.

The room was Spacious and immaculate, and the kitchenware was perfect. The excellent location for moving around using public transport was perfect. Highly recommended. Nevertheless, thanks a lot to Philip and Kim, who provided us with the great local travel tips.

Everything. The host was just amazing, supporting all the time. Location is very convenient, we (me&my mum) were very happy there. We felt safe, comfortable, being taken care of. It’s a simple yet fully functioning place for your stay, shorter or longer, downstairs is a tiny coffeeshop and also a joga studio! I’ll come back for sure.
