Special thanks to Samira. When we found there was problem with the air-conditioning in the room, she took immediate action to arrange another room for us. Though she was the only staff on duty on that evening, she was helpful throughout. The breakfast was of high quality and many choices. It was value for money.

Everything was great! The staff, super helpful and cordial, the breakfast great, the room and common areas excellent. Would recommend it for anyone that has it within budget.

“Perfect place to stay in Potsdam”
Stayed in a superior room for 3 nights which had a lovely balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Beautiful hotel in a great central location very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Delicious buffet breakfast with a very good choice. Would definitely stay here again when next in Potsdam.
