The apartment and the garden were good, but dirty. We didnt feel welcome or comfy. We didnt get any apologize or discount for inconvenience. it wasnt posdible to change the apartment.

The appartment holds everything needed for a great stay and is just on the sansoucci Palace and the city centre. Parking in the yard works like a charm.

It was a wonderful stay at Villa Arnim! It was spacious and clean, the kitchen was great to be able to do self catering for some of our meals. We could do everything we needed in the kitchen - we did feel that it would have been nice to have a spatula, tongs, scissors, extra pot and pan, a cloth to wipe the counter tops and a dust pan set. The location of this apartment was spot on with it being pretty central to town and tourist sites. Town is about a 7 minute walk, and 3 minutes on a scooter. There is an Edeka and DM in town, Rewe and Aldi are a little further from town centre. There are a variety of bakeries, cafes and restaurants in town centre as well as other little shops from clothes, to trinkets to jewelry. My partner and I felt that we would love to come back to stay in Room 2 more so in Winter months as the apartment is on a busy road so in summer with the windows needing to be open was quite loud with the trucks, cars, and motorbikes. The apartment had a lovely view of the edge of Sanssouci Palace. We thank you for your hospitality!

The location was particularly fantastic. There were multiple bus stops nearby, and you can walk right out of your front door into the palace gardens.

“Good stay with a difficult start..”
Villa Armin is a beautiful property. The location is great, everything's close and within reach (by foot). We did have parking which we appreciated a lot. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is modern and had everything we could ask for for a short stay.

I highly recommend book the apartment due to location, clean, size and of course stuff. location is the impotent reason make me book the apartment.
